Returns and complaints

Withdrawal from the contract

1. Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the Buyer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34 paragraph 2 and Article 35 of the aforementioned Act.

2. The right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 is available within 14 days from the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.

3. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal. The declaration may be submitted on the form provided in Annex 1 to these Regulations.

4. The right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 does not apply if the Product has been opened, used or is destroyed or damaged in any way.

5. The right of withdrawal referred to in paragraph 1 does not apply in the case of the purchase of testers and tester sets located in the "Samples" section of the online store.

6. The returned Product should be packed in a way that prevents its damage.

7. The cost of delivering the Buyer's declaration and the Product is borne by the Buyer.

8. The Seller shall immediately upon receipt of the shipment verify the admissibility of withdrawal from the sales contract.

9. If the right of withdrawal is permitted, the Seller will refund the Buyer's payment within 14 days, either to the Buyer's bank account or by postal order. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the Buyer's card.

Product replacement

1. The right to exchange the Product for another product is granted within 14 days from the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration before its expiry.

2. The Buyer may exchange the Product by submitting a declaration of exchange. The declaration may be submitted on the form provided in Annex 1 to these Regulations.

3. The right of exchange referred to in paragraph 1 shall not apply if the Product has been opened, used or is destroyed or damaged in any way.

4. The returned Product should be packed in a way that prevents its damage.

5. The cost of delivering the Buyer's declaration and the Product as well as delivering a new Product shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. The Seller shall immediately upon receipt of the shipment verify the admissibility of exchanging the Product for another one.

8. If the right of exchange is permissible, the Seller shall send the Product for which the exchange is made within 14 days.

Complaints

1. The basis and scope of the Seller's liability towards the Buyer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code.

2. The Seller is obliged to deliver the Product to the Buyer free from defects.

3. The Buyer may submit any complaints regarding sales contracts in writing, by registered letter to the Seller's address.

4. The complaint must include the name, surname and postal address of the Buyer and the e-mail address of the Buyer.

5. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the registered letter by the Seller.

6. When considering a complaint, the Seller will apply the provisions of the Regulations.

7. The Buyer will be notified of the Seller's decision in writing to the address provided in the registered letter containing the complaint.
